| Posted: 31 Aug 2011 01:33 AM PDT We are one of the Mining Company was established in Indonesia and owned several mines in East Kalimantan is seeking professional and qualified candidates as: HSE OFFICER ADMINISTRATION Maintain, monitor and review the company's daily operations and facilities to ensure the safety of employees who comply with safety regulations, health and the environment for certain facilities, operations and projects. Requirements: 1. Famale / Male Age 25-35 Years Old 2. Has a certificate AK3 3. Min. Bachelor of Health & Public Safety or the Environment. 4. Min. 3-4 years experience in HSE. 5. Willing to travel to the site all the company s. 6. Willing to work extended hours to meet the goal Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and present safety training and safety to improve safety awareness among employees and clients. 2. Conduct inspections on the equipment of law, fire and rescue to ensure the completeness and readiness for use. 3. Inspect project facilities, observing operations and activities in the process to ensure that those who are in compliance with company safety rules s. 4. Coordinates and consults with the project supervisor of safety and / or project managers on HSE issues in each area and the staff told management about the violations of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance continued. 5. Supportive and helpful safety audits, inspections and accident / incident investigations by observing employee activity and workplace conditions to send recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program. 6. Socialize and record all the Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and coordinate the training of Emergency Response Team and the Project activities. 7. Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in the conduct and reporting of all hazards. 8. Control and monitor the use of hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure compliance with MSDS (Material Safety Data System). 9. Monitor, review and participate in the Pre-start meeting and Tool Box Meetings to update the current security information. 10. Supports Environmental performance and maintain third-party accreditation (eg ISO 14001) and work effectively with the certification body in order to preserve international accreditation standards. 11. Do look strong commitment to HSE Management System and all programs. 12. Implement and maintain the HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and other documents for the project. 13.
