DIBUTUHKAN SEGERA

PT. Kutai Chip Mill (KCM) & KPSI adalah perusahaan multinasional di bidang Wood Chip Mill & HTI yang berkembang pesat di Kalimantan Timur. Saat ini kami membutuhkan tenaga-tenaga profesional untuk ditempatkan di Balikpapan/site untuk mengisi posisi-posisi berikut:

1. HE Operator & Logging Truck Driver (Masing-masing 10 posisi).

Pendidikan Min. SLTA, pengalaman Min.3 tahun sebagai operator alat berat Excavator (Rotator), Bulldozer, Debarker dan Logging Truck. Memiliki SIM BII Umum (Truck Driver).

2. Payroll Supervisor (2 posisi).

Pendidikan Min.S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM/Accounting, berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang yang sama, mampu menunjukkan komunikasi yang efektif, kuat melakukan analisa dan pemecahan masalah, memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan, serta memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan organisasi yang baik.

3. Environment Supervisor (1 posisi).

Pendidikan Min. S1 Teknik Lingkungan, pengalaman min. 2 tahun dalam pembuatan laporan AMDAL, UKL/UPL dan RPL/RKL, diutamakan dari perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang chip wood/forestry atau mining; mampu melaksanakan supervisi untuk environment, kuat dalam menganalisa dan memecahkan masalah serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Indonesia.

4. Electrician (4 posisi).

Pendidikan Min. DIII, diutamakan dari Teknik Elektro; pengalaman Min. 2 tahun dibidang yang sama; mampu melakukan perencanaan & persiapan untuk perawatan dan perbaikan Wood Chip Mill dan beberapa alat berat seperti: Excavator, Bulldozer, Logging/Dump Truck, dan Genset;

5. Mechanic Foreman & Technician (Foreman 1 posisi dan Technician 3 posisi).

Pendidikan Min. SLTA (Technician) dan DIII (Foreman), diutamakan dari Teknik Mesin; pengalaman Min. 2 tahun dibidang yang sama; mampu melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan Wood Chip Mill dan beberapa alat berat seperti: Excavator, Bulldozer, Compactor, Logging/Dump Truck dan Genset;

6. Storeman (2 posisi).

Pendidikan Min. SLTA jurusan akuntansi, Teknik Mesin, IT; pengalaman Min. 2 tahun di bidang store / logistic;

7. Infrastructure/Civil Supervisor (2 posisi).

Pendidikan Min. DIII dari Teknik Sipil, pengalaman Min. 2 tahun dalam pembangunan jalan, jembatan, mess, kantor dan dermaga/jetty.

8. Human Resources Manager (1 posisi).

Pendidikan Min.S1 Psikologi/Manajemen/Hukum, berpengalaman minimal 3 pada posisi yang sama, pengalaman sebagai HR Generalist, mampu menunjukkan komunikasi yang efektif, kuat dalam menganalisa dan memecahkan masalah, serta memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan organisasi yang baik, bisa berbahasa Mandarin.

9. Legal Manager (1 posisi).

Pendidikan Min.S1 Hukum, berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Legal Manager menangani perjanjian, perijinan perusahaan, sengketa lahan, beracara di pengadilan dan aspek hukum lain, mampu menunjukkan komunikasi yang efektif, kuat menganalisa dan memecahkan masalah, teliti, jujur, serta memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan organisasi yang baik, bisa berbahasa Mandarin.

10. Planning Manager (1 posisi)

Pendidikan Min. S1 Kehutanan/Pertanian, pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Planning Manager di bidang forestry / HTI/Palm Oil, menguasai alat-alat survey dan software seperti GPS, GIS, Arc GIS 9.2, PIMS, Map Info, dll; menguasai perijinan kehutanan dan memiliki relasi dengan dinas terkait.

11. Estate Manager (HTI/Palm Oil (2 posisi)

Pendidikan Min. S1 Kehutanan/Pertanian, pengalaman min. 5 tahun sebagai Estate Manager di bidang forestry / HTI atau Palm Oil, menguasai operational estate, perijinan kehutanan dan memiliki relasi dengan dinas terkait.

Persyaratan umum:

§ Mampu berbahasa Inggris dan computer lebih diutamakan.

§ Mempunyai motivasi dan disiplin yang tinggi, kerjasama tim dan jujur.

§ Umur Max 40 tahun.

§ Bersedia ditempatkan di Balikpapan/Site Forestry.

Having knowledge in Environmental Management System ISO 14000 and Hiperkes is an advantage
Certified in AK3 Umum

Ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety Management system is implemented and well maintained in compliance with OHSAS 18001:2007
Ensure that the organization main activities meet with the applicable standard related to the business, such as BS EN or DNV and other related standard required
Established proper procedure as company's standard operation procedure, based on applicable standard required and day to day operation
Established PQR-WPS based on required standard for welding fabrication business unit
Conduct continual improvement management in terms of both internal and external quality and safety audit
Control NC product, corrective and preventive action, management review
Prepare annual budget on all QHSE aspects and submit to the Top Management
Report to the Top Management on all QHSE matters
Conduct evaluation to manpower within the QHSE department and ensure that they are well develop based on each qualification
