Surveyor

Requirements:
  • STM/D3 Teknik Sipil
  • Menguasai Alat Ukur / TS
  • Mengerti bahan-bahan bangunan
  • Menguasai pengukuran, land development, dan laporan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan diluar kota
  • Min Experience 1 Tahun di Proyek

In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position:

Office Support Coordinator – Balikpapan Office
(Kalimantan Timur - Balilkpapan)

Responsibilities:
  • Indirectly assist in the arrangement of expatriate permits, leave records, visa applications, etc.
  • Staff movements day to day
  • HR Administrations
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of work
  • Provide secretarial assistance to PT OMS and provide general support to all administrative assistance
  • Adherence to Company's SH&E policies and procedures
  • Managing company business meeting, conference, exhibition and social events
  • Expats – travel/accommodation assistance (as backup)
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills/Experience: Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following :
    • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university
    • Preferably at least 3 year experience as the same role
    • Have experience with expatriates formalities
    • Self motivated, positive attitude, enthusiastic and initiative
    • Excellent communication and oral skills to people at all levels (both in English & Bahasa Indonesia)
    • Inter-personal communication skills
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Excellent Computer skills, Ms. excel and Ms. word is advantage
    • Possess high motivation to provide outstanding customer service
    • Team player
