We are system integrators who design, develop and implement systems combining communications (VSAT, microwave, LANs, etc), hardware (radios, embedded processors, servers, etc), and software for the mining and oil industries. Experience on mining and oil IT projects preferred.

Technical Support
(Balikpapan)

Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and assistance, support and advice to their clients or customers
Responding and replying telephone calls, analyzing problems and resolving
Responsible for designing, installing, and managing an organization's LAN, WAN, Internet or intranet system
Resolve customer IT and communications problems

Requirements:

Male / Female (single preferred)
Minimum 1 years of similar experience
Able to troubleshoot any hardware / software
Able to troubleshoot computer network and wireless, xDSL network
LAN adv, Server, Routers, Mikrotik, Windows & Unix ( Linux/BSD) adv
Working knowledge of TCP-IP, Networking, applications software, computer and network hardware and software
Willing to work overtime and under pressure
Have very good oral and written communications skills
Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
Work well as part of a team
Excellent English (spoken and written)
Work based in Balikpapan
Domicile in Surabaya
