Service Desk Manager
(Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan)
Requirements:
  • S1 Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent
  • 2 years experiences on the same job function, preferable has knowledge on Project Management Professional
  • Good knowledge and skills on consolidate service base on ITSM concept and implementation with minimum 1 (one) time ITSM Implementation experience
  • Minimum ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V.3 Foundation and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) V.3 Practitioner Support & Restore (Incident & Problem) certificate holder
  • Excellent English (minimum TOEIC 750)

Requirements:
  • S1 graduates from Computer science, Electronics or equivalent to D3 graduates from Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent with at least 2 (two) years experience on the same job function
  • At least 2 (two) years experience on the same job function
  • Very good knowledge and skills on hardware and software of all Desktop PC's, notebooks, printers/ MFP, plotters and scanner
  • Good knowledge on Computer Local Area Network and Wide Area Network and Intranet/ Internet and IP Telephony
  • Good knowledge and skills on latest Windows and UNIX/ LINUX operating system
  • Good knowledge and experience using Call Ticket owned by Company (HP Service Manager or other tool)
  • Good English (minimum TOEIC 600)
  • Good Customer Service Knoowledge (with minimum Service Excellence & Telephone Courtesy course)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with customers
