Requirements:
  • Minimun S1 Degree with GPA min 2,75 majoring Law/Management/Psychology from well-known university
  • Min 3 years experience as Personnel & General Affairs Manager, preferably from palm oil plantation industry
  • Have knowledge and skills to handle remuneration, industrial relation, recruitment & training
  • Able to maintain good relationship with the other related party
  • Have Good analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to work underpressure

We are now looking for a highly qualified candidate for:

 
General Manager - Mill
(Jambi, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sumatera Selatan)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversee three or more palm oil mill's operation, optimize throughput, minimize losses, maintain product quality, maintain machine condition and control cost of production.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Have strong leadership and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independent in underpressure circumtances
  • Full-Time positions available.
